"As we have just now seen that you put a very bad review of us on google we will be revoking our offer to redo your shadow box as my email was sent out before I saw the review. I’m sorry we could not have worked this out. If you are willing to remove your review then we will put the offer back in place. You can make the decision on what is more important to you.

If I could give this organization 0 stars I would. My husband and I paid $150 for a shadowbox with our wedding flowers preserved. What we got was severely disappointing, and then when I reached out to the organization to remedy the concerns, her response blamed me for every aspect of what she's chalking up to me not understanding the process, when the fact that they disassemble my wedding bouquet to preserve it, and that my stating "cutting it in half and pinning the flat side to the back" meant "cut the number of flowers in half and create a top down view of the bouquet".

Beautiful work. Expensive. Business is run by two or three people in different locations. Seems as though communication between owners is not very good.

Thank you

I paid $160 for three frames, and they are so poorly one I will probably put them in a closet and write them off as a bad decision to take a chance on an Internet based business.

I plan on using them again in the future.

UPDATE:

I sent my wedding flowers to be made into an acrylic frame. Ive been waiting so long and I was so excited to see the box until I opened it. The frame was broken in two places and the flowers inside were just shreds of petals. I requested whole flowers be used at all cost and apparently they could not do that but never told me. They also say the packing was sound, i disagree they hardly put any peanuts in the box and the other packing materials were hardly there as well. Now I have to file a claim at the post office because they refuse to refund me anything at all. #foreverintime #dontbuyfromthem #theydontlistentoyou #notinformative #badcustomerservice

The description on the website says wood backs, mine came with cardboard - that they say to use packing tape to hold the picture in the frame. Um, I really don't want to expose my pictures to the acid filled back (I tested with a scrap booking pen) and packing tape. Nowhere on the website does it tell you that there is not a picture back like what you get in a frame you purchase.

I can see now in reading other reviews that this is not the first time this customer service based business has turned to trying to blame the client rather than accepting responsibility.

In my personal opinion, statements like, " I can't help how you interpreted it." (when no explanation was given) and "I can't help that the initial tracking # you were given didn't work for you as it did work for me on my end" (with NO response when I informed her the tracking number didn't work and asked for an update) and "I don't know how else I could have gotten you to understand how it would look." (when again, no clarification was given regarding the "cut in half" concept) belong in a response to a distressed customer.

After posting this review, I received an interesting email from TIffany with Forever In Time:

Don't even get me started on how she responded when I brought up the visible gobs of hot glue holding down my husbands boutonniere.

Apparently ultimatums are the way to make a horrible customer service situation right! In line with their response, I've chosen to keep my shadow box as it sits, and leave this review so people can be aware of what they're getting into by choosing to do business with this organization. I could go on about how poorly they've chosen to handle the situation, but unfortunately since they have convinced themselves they are not at fault, there's nothing more to be done to make this what my husband and I had hoped to receive.

I was so excited to receive my picture frames made from the bouquets and boutonnières from my daughters wedding. We sent white roses, green mums and blue hydrangeas to use for these frames. They arrived and are totally green! No white roses and no blue from the hydrangeas.

Forever In Time helped us celebrate our mother's memorial with beautiful pieces of jewelry. They were helpful on how to ship my petals that I took from my mother's garden. They arrived in time and we were very pleased.

Then I go to put pictures from the wedding, the opening is an odd size - too big to put in a 4 x 6 picture, but the 5 x 7 will need to be cut so much that it will alter the photos. The glass also has red, that I've tried everything to remove that shows through the acrylic.
